That is why thouroughly check all our products for quality control before we list them on our site. If it dosn't meet our high standards we don't sell it. We also focus heavily on customer service and value, which is why we have launched several customer service guarantees:

1. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee - you get 30 days to try out your purchase, if you are not happy with it then all you need to do is send it back to us for a full refund. No hassle, no fuss!

2. Price Match Guarantee - if you buy something from us and find it cheaper elsewhere we will refund you the difference, again no hassle, no fuss, just let us know where you have seen it and we will refund you the price difference.

3. Same Day Shipping Guarantee - we ship FAST! If you order before 2pm on any working day we will ship the same day, this is guaranteed. If you order outwith this period we guarantee to ship first thing on the next working day however, we will try and ship the same day or on a weekend, where possible.

4. Quality Guarantee - all our products are tested thouroughly before we list them on our site. We make sure that the cases fit the handset perfectly and hold up to our quality control guidlines. Basically we do not sell any items that we ourselves would not purchase.

It's simple, we want you to be happy with your purchase, nothing makes us happier than when a customer is genuinely pleased with the service and product they have ordered. If for any reason you are not happy with the item, all you need to do is contact us and tell us you want to return it. Do this within 30 days and we'll give you a full refund - there will be no hassle and no fuss.

Another simple one - we are so confident our prices are the best that we promise to match any competitors price. If you find it cheaper elsewhere online we will refund you the difference.

We offer two rates of shipping for all orders, the first is completely free no matter how many items you order from us. The second is a slightly quicker service and costs just £1.50. If you order with free shipping your item will be posted out 2nd class via Royal Mail and should be with you in 2 to 4 days. If you need your item quicker order first class shipping for just £1.50 and your item will arrive in 1 to 2 days.

If you order free shipping your item should take 2 to 4 days, paying for 1st class shipping and your item will take 1 to 2 days. These times may vary during peak seasons such as Christmas.

If, for any reason you are having a problem with your order you can contact us and we will reply, at the latest within one working day.

We test all our products by applying them to the specific model in question, all our products are quality checked and then listed on our website. This way you can be sure that the case you are getting has passed our high standards and will fit the phone perfectly. The make and model of the phone it fits will be listed in the page title and within the description.
